Viviamo in un mondo in costante cambiamento… crisi climatica, nuove tecnologie, aspettative sul lavoro in evoluzione. L’HR sono affette da tutto questo. Inoltre la sostenibilità non è un problema che riguarda solo ambiente e pianeta, ma si apre a una prospettiva più ampia che abbraccia anche la sfera del lavoro: come manteniamo le persone occupabili mentre le competenze evolvono? Come costruiamo culture in cui le persone si sentano incluse e possano crescere? E come aiutiamo le organizzazioni a costruire resilienza senza esaurire la loro risorsa più importante: le persone?

In armonia con Rome Future Week, questo workshop di lancio, portato a Roma da  SocialHRCamp, una comunità HR globale nata in Canada, riunisce leader HR e aziendali per esplorare cosa significa davvero fare HR in modo sostenibile.

Non è una lezione, ma un workshop: quindi aspettati esperienze reali, domande stimolanti e la possibilità di essere te stesso a contribuire.

Si terrà principalmente in inglese, con un forte supporto in italiano. I gruppi di lavoro combinano entrambe le lingue, quindi avrai sempre supporto al tuo tavolo.

Participating in Rome Future Week, we’re bringing SocialHRCamp’s hands-on, community-driven approach to Rome, bringing together HR, People, and business leaders to explore what sustainable HR looks like in practice. Expect real-world experiences, practical ideas, collaborative working sessions, and meaningful peer discussion. Come ready to contribute, challenge your thinking, learn from others, and leave with ideas you can put into action.

Delivered primarily in English, with light Italian support — breakout groups mix both languages, so you’ll always have support at your table.
